Zaaika was born from a grandmother's recipe book and a chef's restless ambition. Founded by Chef Meera Pillai, our kitchen marries the ancient culinary wisdom of India — from the clay ovens of Rajasthan to the coconut coasts of Kerala — with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
